Mounting service

B2K field services offer a mounting service to ensure your critical bearings are correctly mounted using the correct fitment tools and methods. 

Dismounting service

At some point, the bearing will reach the end of its service life and will have to be replaced. 

It’s crucial to dismount the obsolete bearing correctly so as not to compromise the service life of the replacement bearing. 

Firstly, proper dismounting methods and tools will help prevent damage to other machine components, such as the shaft and housing, which are often reused.

Secondly, incorrect dismounting techniques can be hazardous to the operator.

Precision alignment

The misalignment of machines can result in shaft misalignment which can lead to unplanned service stops or premature bearing and seal failure and a myriad of other issues.

Our service engineers are equipped to determine the cause of misalignment in your machinery and perform an accurate shaft alignment to prevent future malfunctions.

Balancing
