At Bearings 2000, our people are core to the business we have built and continue to develop with all our stakeholders. As communicated in our recap of 2019, one of the biggest highlights of 2019 was the people that make up Bearings 2000.

On Saturday, 30 November 2019, we got the teams at each branch together to celebrate the year and acknowledge the top achievers for each of our values (built around our LOGIC approach), as well as those team members who celebrated their long service milestones.

What is LOGIC?

LOGIC (stands for Long-term thinking, Organisation, Getting-things-done, Improvement, and Communication matters). It is the main driver that dictates everything we do.

Through each letter (and pillar) of the word, this is the basis that ensures we have a firm commitment to our values and service ethos which ensures Bearings 2000 stays on track, whilst guarantees a frictionless experience with every interaction.

On this basis, each year we award a team member the prize that links to each LOGIC pillar.
