SKF Battery Driven Grease Gun TLGB 20
Developed to maximise efficiency, the SKF Battery Driven Grease Gun TLGB 20 is a versatile device with innovative features to simplify the lubrication process.
With its simple design, the grease gun is a positive displacement single acting pump, driven by a small, low voltage electric motor connected to a gear transmission. The rotary motion of the motor is converted into a reciprocating motion of the plunger using a yoke mechanism.
The tool can provide pressures of up to 700 bar and the dual-speed flow rate can be modified from low- to high-volume to accommodate the application.
The unit can be filled with loose grease (ca. 500 cm) or can be used with standard SKF grease cartridges.
The 20 V lithium-ion battery maintains a stable energy output and delivers a longer service life than its traditional nickel-cadmium battery counterparts.
The grease gun can be used one-handed and includes an integrated grease meter that tracks how much grease has been dispensed to ensure precise lubrication delivery and prevent over- and under-lubrication.
