We’re delighted to announce that we have launched the B2K Training Academy offering various training solutions to our customers’ maintenance, production, and procurement teams.

Lack of knowledge and incorrect techniques in the handling, storing, mounting, and maintenance of bearings can cause premature bearing failure and unplanned equipment breakdowns. Such incidences can cost companies in unexpected downtime and increased spending on consumables whilst adding unnecessary pressures on all departments and stakeholders.

Our aim is to improve the service life and reliability of rotating equipment for our customers by upskilling and sharing knowledge on these various areas of the bearing’s realm.

The B2K Training Academy offering includes instructor-led training courses, on-site informal toolbox talks, and an online webinar series.

A toolbox talk is an informal session held with the maintenance or fitment team. The sessions focus on identifying issues the team is currently experiencing with their rotating equipment.

Toolbox Talks are short and are normally held on-site in the customer’s plant or workshop.

These also include introducing new products to the team and any training required.

Monthly webinar series:

B2K will be hosting monthly webinars which will be open to our entire customer base at no charge. Each session will vary in content and be segmented according to product, industry, and skills training.

As topics will be current and of interest to our customer base, we highly recommend attending.

These webinars will be of a duration of 60 minutes and will include a Q&A, summary emails, and follow ups will be sent to ensure that maximum value is gained from attending.
