We wore our Springbok jerseys and had a braai to show our support for the Springboks who are currently in Japan for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

We believe that sport unifies people and is a powerful tool in bringing people together. It certainly brought us all together on Friday and we loved spending time together and sharing our hopes for the Bokke in this World Cup. We also discussed what we think the team’s chances are in the upcoming matches.

From the Ndlovu Youth Choir showing us that dreams do come true at America’s Got Talent to the Springboks making a convincing run for the Rugby World Cup title, it’s a great time to celebrate our country and our people.

We wish the Springboks all the best in Japan – we know they will make us proud.
